Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Summary
- We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and online brand presence.
- This role is responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion across multiple platforms.
- The ideal candidate is an expert in digital tools, analytics, and trends, with a passion for building impactful online experiences in a highly competitive FMCG landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall brand and business goals.
- Manage and optimize all digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, programmatic ads, influencer partnerships, and the company website.
- Plan and oversee digital campaigns (organic and paid) across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Oversee digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and spend tracking.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, technologies, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with brand managers, sales teams, and creative agencies to ensure integrated messaging and seamless campaign execution.
- Manage the company’s digital assets and ensure brand alignment across all online platforms.
- Support e-commerce strategy and digital lead generation for sales and retail teams.
- Lead content strategy and creation; from briefs to publishing; ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) to inform decision-making and optimize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, or agency settings.
- Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Proven ability to lead successful digital campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and copy sensibility.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital media buying, targeting, and optimization (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar.
