We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Public Relations & Communications Officer

Location: Abuja

Description

  • We are seeking an experienced PR Communications (Internal & External) to join our team.
  • This role is strategic in structuring our communication, reinforcing our brand image, and ensuring consistent, professional representation across all platforms and public engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & External Communication:

  • Develop and execute the company’s public relations strategy
  • Manage relationships with media (TV, radio, print, online platforms)
  • Draft press releases, official statements, speeches, and corporate materials
  • Oversee and protect the company’s brand image and reputation.

Internal Communication & Strategic Alignment:

  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure communication is consistent, aligned, and strategically coherent
  • Structure and manage internal communications (announcements, updates, culture alignment)
  • Ensure messaging is unified across all channels.

Events Management & Corporate Representation:

  • Identify, assess, and recommend strategic events (conferences, forums, exhibitions, panels, award ceremonies, etc.) where the company should participate
  • Ensure professional representation of the company at all events
  • Cross-departmental preparation
  • Event budget preparation and monitoring
  • Manage on-site execution and ensure smooth delivery
  • Anticipate and resolve operational challenges.
  • Lead full event logistics coordination, including:
  • Travel and hotel arrangements
  • Coordination of displayed/exhibited products

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments
  • Strategic mindset, proactive approach, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in PR, corporate communications, or event management
  • Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Salary
N200,000 / month.
